Block: Pontiac 428 CID, 4 bolt Main, Bored .060, oil modifications and line bored

Crankshaft: Crankshaft Specialties Crank, stroker, .010/STD, hard chromed, and balanced

Rods: Eagle steel rods with 134 Gram floating pins and Eagle race bolts

Pistons: Ross, Custom forged, 10.69:1 actual compression ratio

Rings: Total Seal 3 compression ring type, hand filed to fit

Bearings: Clevite, custom for stroker crank, both rod and mains, both ½ grooved

Cam: Competition Cams Mechanical Roller, .631 Lift, 302o/308o Advertised Duration (.020 Tappet lift), 266o/272o@. 050, 108o Centerline. Cam is advanced 1 degree.

Lifters: Competition Cams, mechanical rollers

Push Rods: Hardened, race

Timing Chain: 3 Way, double roller

Heads: Fully Ported, Polished, and Flowed Edelbrock aluminum, 87 CC heads, slight oiling modifications, back cut Ferrea Valves

Rocker Arms: Harland Sharp Roller, 1.5 Ratio Used (Actual is 1.54) Due To massive lift, Effective lift is .648 due to running 1.54 ratio rockers.

Stud Girdles: Jim Butler Performance aluminum stud girdles, used to maintain rocker arm Geometry at higher RPM’s

Oiling: 80 PSI Pump, By-Pass blocked at filter housing, lifter galleries restricted, stock Pontiac windage tray (shimmed for larger stroke), Moroso 7Qt. pan, remote oil filter setup. Running 20W-50 or 10W-40 depending on the season.

Intake: Edelbrock Torker II aluminum intake, heat risers blocked on both sides.

Carburetor: 950 Biggs Holley double pumper, Stage 5 Porting, 4 Corner idle, mixtures, Shaved.

Fuel System: 3/8” lines, electric Holley Blue Pump, running 7.5 PSI total. Stock gasoline tank.

Ignition: HEI recurved by Whithers, 16 degrees initial Advance, No vacuum advance, MSD-6AL Box (Run 6400 PRM Chip on Street, 7000 for all-out racing), MSD 8.5 spark plug wires, Champion Racing plugs.

Air Filters: K+N Brand (Highly recommend them) for air and breathers, dual PCV valves.





Trans:
S+K Speed Steel Case T-10 (4-Speed), Nickel Gears, hardened input and output shafts, Lakewood SFI scattershield, dual disc Centerforce II clutch, and a massive custom built driveshaft (with welded driveshaft safety loop).

Rear: Ford 9-Inch Currie Enterprises Built with Nodular Iron Center Section, 35-Spline Axles, 4.11 gears, billet yoke.

Suspension: Herb Adams adjustable 1 5/8” Sway Bar. Coils, stock TRW front and Rear, individual air bags in rear coils (separate air lines). Street Shocks Front and Rear.

Brakes: Front – Herb Adams Disc Setup with full metallic, carbon enhanced race pads.
Rear – Ford oversize drums with High Performance Shoes.

Exhaust: Hooker Super Competition Headers with 2” Primary tubes going into 3 ½” exhaust, narrowed into 3” mandrel bent tubing.

Tires: Front -- P205/65SR15
Rear – Mickey Thompson ET Street 15” X 12.50”, slicks for track 15X 11.5 X 28.

Body: All metal body, hideaway headlights still work (all T-3’s), painted in 1988 somewhere in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Interior: All stock with the exception of 2 Autometer Gauges, CD player, trunk mounted Jensen amplifier, Vericom VC-200 performance computer, and my Cobra voice alert RADAR/LASER detector.

Notes: Body has 60k miles on it, motor has 53K, trans 6K and rear 5k. 10 Second ¼ Mile!
